•Maintain all financial records
•Process all payables and receivables
•Uphold annual budgets
•Provide financial reporting (P&L, AR Aging, Budget variances, Executive summary of operations
Preventative Maintenance
•Perform on-schedule inspections for interior/exterior of property
•Negotiate contracts and monitor performance of maintenance
•Construction management for tenant buildouts
