With over three decades of extensive real estate development, sales, and construction experience across the Southeastern United States, Rob has become a pivotal figure in Commercial Real Estate Investment Brokerage. Commencing his career in the United States Air Force with the 363rd Tactical Fighter Wing, Rob's tenure was accompanied by the attainment of a Degree in Applied Science. Transitioning into civilian industries, he excelled in real estate development, sales, and brokerage, representing both buyers and sellers in transactions encompassing millions of square feet of property. His trajectory evolved from various levels of construction management, working intricately with a diverse array of building and civil designs and concepts. Over the last 30 years, Rob has amassed invaluable experience and earned accreditations as a General Contractor and Utility Contractor across multiple states.

Dedicated to a family-centered life, Rob takes pride in his affiliation with Northland Church and cherishes moments exploring the skies of Florida and the Bahamas, leveraging his expertise as an accomplished multi-rated pilot.
