We have over 31+ years of construction and development experience and hands on operations of various multi-million-dollar construction companies including that of my own. Rob Keeler served in The United States Air Force where he specialized as a Power Production Engineer in the field of Civil Engineering with the 363rd Tactical Fighter Wing as well as served in the Air National Guard with the 165th Airlift Wing. He has earned the experience and accreditation to become a State Certified General Contractor in: Florida (including Roofing License), Georgia, South Caroline, Arkansas, Virginia, and Maryland. He was involved in the coordination and initiation of management for the day to day construction while insuring both quality control and timeliness of the projects.
Project experience varies in all aspects of construction such as: Commercial interior build out including high end office space, retail boutiques, restaurants, and production facilities. Shell building construction including tilt wall, CMU, and steel structures. Residential construction including track homes, residential remodels, luxury high end homes, multi-family apartment and condo style communities.
As professionals in the Real Estate Industry, we have brokered both list and sell side commercial assets for private and institutional level investors. In 2013 Rob Keeler earned acknowledgement for being the top senior sales agent in investment sales for the Central Florida market with a nationally based investment firm. He added value to clients by orchestrating the complexities associated within the commercial deal structures and finding upside opportunities outside the proverbial box. He also spent many years as an Agent to developers performing due diligence to various types of projects and obtained the vital skills of negotiating in land development, assemblage, and commercial acquisitions.
